Girlfriend!
Darkness
This poem is the product of anger, hatred and a few hours alone in my room to dwell on things. While I won't say who it is about, when you read it, I'm sure youll know.
Why
why oh why
must you fill me with all your pains?
must you bring me to my knees
must you destroy all that is me?
is my heart so cold
that i havent felt
the lies youve told
what have I done to you?
does it compare to what
ive been through?
How can you say
ive hurt you?
ive been there, seen you fall
then turn around
and place the blame
on top of me
you never acccepted them
youve never seen
all your shames
will this continue?
the storm is coming
sweeping away
all there was
and all there is
Im done with all this pain
with all this shame
im going to rise
off my knees
from this storm
with a purpose
with a future
no more
will I fall
victim to all
of your lies and deciet
my eyes are open now
no rose colored shades
without me
theres no one left
to take the blame
to stop the flames
soon youll fall
unable to stand
crushed by it all
and then youll see
what its like
without me
Syndrome
I don't know why, but lately I have had a lot of emotions flowing through me lately, and I think I might have found a way to channel them. I was playing Xbox tonight and the feelings came into play and so I just stopped playing and started to write a song. Hmmm I wish I could sing though, bring some life to the lyrics, when I finish the lyrics I will post them up on here. maybe I can find someone to bring some life into them at some point.

Karmel...
Karmel is probably the coolest cat that I have ever had. He scares the dog one minute, and runs away from it the next. And he seems to love stealing any dairy product that I happen to come across. Not to mention this tubby little cat likes to get fur all over all of my clothes.

But out of all the barnyard friends that we have accumulated at the house, this one is my favorite. The dog is too hyper and Kali is just plain mean!
The other thing about Karmel is the way he roams around the house. He's everywhere, and for a fatty he's pretty active. But as soon as someone he doesn't know comes around you can't find him.
But that's enough about Karmel for one blog. Hopefully I'll add more about my barnyard friends as time goes on
Camping!
Well I know it has been a while since I have updated my blog, mostly because I have gotten very lazy in the past few weeks, but I though that I would fill you in on some of the occurences since the last time I blogged.

And for Memorial Day weekend, my dad, Erin, and I went to some other part of CColorado for a camping trip. The place was pretty nice, somewhere on the Arkansas River, and the only thing that really sucked was the fact that there was rain everyday that we were there, and my tent got soaked two nights in a row.

But I did manage to finish stringing my lacrosse stick during the time, as you can see in the photo, it was very meticulous work, think in all it took me about 8 hours.
But other than some of the exhausting hikes and the Altitude sickness I got a couple of times, I had alot of fun up there in the mountains and I think we are planning to do it again sometime soon

Lacrosse
I signed up for lacrosse yesterday and so now for sure I will be playing the summer league and getting better. I also purchased some traditional mesh for my lacrosse stick. And I'll say right now that it is a pain in the behind to deal with. It's the best form of mesh, but requires a lot of maintenance and is not good in inclimate weather, the leather shrinks and becomes a bit brittle, But it also provides unmatchable power and control. So after i string it up, I'll let you know how it goes, but i hope it gives me more of an edge than I have now, because any little thing I can do will help my chance
Football Practice (Again)
Football is becoming more enjoyable as it goes, and after yesterday I am confident that I will be playing. I am the Cougar Safety right now, so I am the strong safety, and there are only 4 total safeties on the entire team. So even if I don't start I will at least get more playing time than I did last season. I have learned most of the Defense, our Cover 2 Flop. In addition I am making progress as a running back and I may see some game time at that position as well. But only time will tell
Straight Mobbing Part 2
Well on Tuesday, we got in Caesar's truck, but we didnt go mobbing we just sat in the parking lot and blasted outrageously loud music, and We had fights in the back of the truck which was pretty fun, Well thats all for this part of the day.

First Day of Football
After the first day of football being today, I'm glad to say i survived, it was a bit harder than I expected but I have been through worse. I left a positive impression on both of the coaches I worked with today, and one of them, my running back coach went so far as to say that if I continue my work ethic, he would find a starting position for me, which gave me a good sense of comfort and welcoming into the Cougar family. Other than that, the only challenge I seem to have encountered is the amount of oxygen at this altitude, it's significantly less than in California, and that's something I'm going to have to work hard to get used to. I am also proud to say that I hit 165 on my bench press max today.

Lacrosse
Another thing to occur since I moved here is that I have taken to the sport of lacrosse, it's a pretty fun sport, but had my parents' friend Sara not taken me to a Colorado Mammoth game, I would have never known it existed. I'm not very good at it right now, the only thing I really have going for me is my speed, but I am getting better and better as the days go on, and come June 1st, I'll be playing for the school's varsity team, if I can make the cut. So that's all about that for now
STR8 M0BB1NG
On Friday, Caesar, Colton, Brandon, Chanse, Celeste, a few others that i can't remember right now, and I decided that during our 4A off period, we'd cruise around in Caesar's truck. We drove around the school a few times but that wasn't very fun, so Caesar took us down by the Aurora Reservoir, and we did some donuts in the dirt and chilled for about a half hour out in the middle of nowhere making jokes and play fighting each other. Colton pretty much destroyed me at wrestling in the dirt, so I'm not going to try that again. So when it came time to go home, Caesar decided it would be a good idea to do a "brake check" and send all of the people in the bed of the truck into each other, and it was pretty humorous because i was in the cab watching the whole time. But all in all it was a good day and we plan on doing it again sometime.
Xbox Live
Ok so one of my favorite things to do here is play Call Of Duty 4 online, if you have played it before, you probably know what I mean when I say it is an awesome game. Anyways, i seem to have a tendency to stay up till 4 a.m. on weekends playing this game. I usually play with Zach, Brandon, Paul, Andrew, and Meghan, but sometimes I'll switch it up a bit.
The Beginning
Well, I have lived here in Colorado for about 5 and a half months, and I'm just now getting around to making a blog, the name is a description of how far I am from California. But check back every now and then to see what I'm up to and leave a comment so I know I'm not wasting my time with this blog.
